Conduit is a tech startup making marketing simple and affordable for indie game developers. The platform transforms raw gameplay footage into short-form marketing videos ready to post on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels, giving indie devs a fast and accessible path to reaching new players without a full marketing team behind them.
Working at Conduit gave me firsthand experience in the fast-moving, wear-many-hats environment of an early stage startup, contributing across business development, product, community, and growth.

Business Development
I facilitated key partnerships with Capcom Japan, IGDA, Indie Hub, and Midwest Games, opening new business opportunities and helping establish Conduit's credibility within the indie game space early on.
Community Management
I built Conduit's social media presence and community from the ground up while also consulting the indie studios we worked with on best practices for their own community management and social strategy.
Product Development
I designed the meme and trailer-style video templates at the core of Conduit's tool, iterating through rounds of testing and user feedback to land on formats that performed well across short-form platforms.
SEO and Anylitics
I drove Conduit's organic SEO search volume from zero to over 3,000 impressions per day in under three months, creating a steady pipeline of indie developers discovering the platform through search.
