Lyrical Games

Lyrical Games is a new indie game publisher with big ambitions and an impressive team behind it. I came on board in August 2025 as their Discord Community Manager, joining before either of their first two games had even been announced and helping build their community presence from scratch across Valor Mortis and Erosion.

My Involvement

Valor Mortis Community

I built and managed the Valor Mortis Discord from the ground up, growing it to over 10,000 members in under 10 months while supporting playtests, developer updates, and one of the most anticipated indie launches of 2026.

Erosion Community

I created and manage the Erosion Discord community, producing weekly behind the scenes development updates and keeping an engaged player base excited for a game still deep in development.

Building from Scratch

I came on before either game was announced, which meant building community infrastructure with no existing audience to lean on. I set up the processes, best practices, and Discord foundations that Lyrical Games runs on.

Multi-Title Management

Managing two communities simultaneously at different stages of development, for two very different games, required constant context switching and a tailored approach for each audience while keeping both connected under the Lyrical Games brand.
