We Gotta Go is a co-op horror comedy by FuzzyBot & Mad Mushroom. You and up to three friends are trapped in a haunted mansion with one goal: find the bathroom before your sh*t your pants. Manage your bowels, fend off ghosts, and survive the chaos together.

I built and managed the We Gotta Go Discord from scratch, growing it through playtesting and into release to reach 6,000 members, keeping the community active and engaged throughout the process.

I crafted content across all of We Gotta Go's social platforms, leaning into the game's chaotic humor to make posts that felt native to the game's personality and fun to share.

Creator Partnerships

I helped facilitate major content creator partnerships with SMII7Y, CaseOh, and TheBurntPeanut, coordinating their coverage around launch and driving over 10+ million views across platforms in the process.

Launch Coordination

I aligned the creator push, social content, and Discord activity to hit together at launch, making sure the community side of the release was as coordinated and visible as possible.
